01 Eligibility
Participation in Meblyfund investment programs is open to individuals who are legally permitted to enter into financial agreements within their jurisdiction. By investing, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and lawful.
02 Minimum Share Purchase
- Shares purchase are available from $1,000.
- Any deposit under $1,000 is classified as a Trial Plan.
- Trial Plans are strictly for evaluation purposes and are not eligible for withdrawals under any circumstance.
03 Withdrawal Policy
- Withdrawals are only available for investments of $1,000 and above.
- Trial Plan deposits (below $1,000) cannot be withdrawn.
- Withdrawals are swiftly processed for all eligible plans.
- Shareholders may process withdrawals only when they have active and running investment plans.
04 Profit Structure
- Investments under $30,000 are entitled to a fixed profit return of 50% in accordance with the active investment cycle.
- Profit distribution is executed based on the selected plan duration and operational schedule.
06 Active Plan Requirement
All shareholders must maintain an active investment plan to:
- Receive profit distributions.
- Qualify for withdrawals.
- Access advisory services and bonuses.
Dormant or inactive accounts may experience delays until reactivation.
07 Risk Acknowledgment
All investments carry a degree of operational and market risk. By participating, shareholders acknowledge that they understand the nature of financial investments and agree to proceed at their own discretion.
08 Compliance & Anti-Abuse Policy
Meblyfund reserves the right to:
- Verify investor identity
- Suspend accounts suspected of misuse or policy violations.
- Decline transactions that conflict with operational guidelines.
These measures are implemented to maintain platform integrity and protect all shareholders.
09 Amendments
Meblyfund may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect operational, regulatory, or structural changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
10 Agreement
By purchasing shares, funding an account, or participating in any plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
